At Allpress, we’re a team of espresso specialist - roasting and serving beautiful coffee. With over 30 years of experience, spanning across five countries: from Melbourne to Christchurch, London to Tokyo. Our Cafés are about sharing the Allpress brand experience with our coffee drinkers by delivering delicious espresso and exceptional customer service for anyone who walks through the door. Along with this, we have a simple, wholesome and tasty menu which has been designed to complement our coffee offering.
About the role
We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Café team as a Café All-rounder.

When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business.
Location
‣ Allpress Espresso Tokyo Roastery & Cafe | 3-7-2 Hirano, Koto-ku, Tokyo
Working hours
‣ 2-3 days per week (must be able to work weekends)
‣ To be discussed within 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (Roster based)
About you
‣ Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer facing role.
‣ Love Allpress, have visited our Cafés and Roasteries.
‣ Effective communication skill, fluent in Japanese.
‣ Be passionate about great coffee and exceptional customer service.
‣ Seeking for the perfect balance of service quality and business profitability.
‣ Proven barista skills and experience using specialty coffee.
‣ Experience in kitchen is a bonus.
‣ Ability to speak English in addition to Japanese in hospitality setting would be preferred.
